Cube Design Labs operates WebX. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any data we process through your use of the website operations console. This Privacy Policy details what information we collect, how we handle site diagnostics records, and the steps we take to secure your dashboard configuration.
When using the console, we collect data required to provide diagnostics. This falls into two categories:
Your profile sign-in email address, authentication variables, and basic settings needed to load your portfolio dashboard overview.
The domain URLs you submit for monitoring, public nameserver hop paths, Lighthouse PageSpeed scores, SSL grades, and names of script trackers.
Your domain telemetry is used solely to populate your operations dashboard. Specifically, we use:
Domain diagnostic results are cached in our database to compile performance trends (such as your 30-day speed trend charts) and to prevent redundant server lookup queries.
WebX queries external telemetry engines to audit performance. These third parties include Google PageSpeed Insights, SSL Labs, and public DNS registries. We only share the domain URL you submit for scan passes. We do not pass user profile credentials, email addresses, or account settings to these external services.
We retain account setup records and cached domain histories for as long as your profile remains active. If you choose to delete a site from your dashboard, its cached DNS records, PageSpeed histories, and telemetry logs are deleted. If you delete your WebX account profile, all associated data is permanently erased.
All client browser requests, dashboard sessions, and database synchronizations are encrypted using Industry Standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3/AES-256). Scan audits run under a strict, non-intrusive operations pipeline.
