1. Acceptance of Terms & Registration

To access the dashboard overview, telemetry logs, and scheduled monitoring scan setups, you must log in using your account. You agree to keep your sign-in details confidential. You must immediately notify Cube Design Labs of any unauthorized access to your account profile.

2. Permitted Use & Scanning Policy

WebX runs automated diagnostic tools including DNS Anycast lookups, PageSpeed assessments, SSL validation passes, and browser script tracker checks. You warrant that:

• You own or have explicit authorization to monitor the domains you submit to the Service.
• You will not use the Service to execute excessive scanner payloads that degrade third-party nameserver systems.
• You will not bypass API query quotas or attempt to reverse-engineer telemetry modules.

3. Telemetry & DNS Resolution Services

Our DNS resolvers query public nameserver data using anycast hops to return zone details, registrars, and verification metrics. DNS checks query Vercel and other default DNS authority servers. While we strive to present real-time lookup telemetry, Cube Design Labs does not warrant that resolver cache lookups will be instantaneous or perfectly accurate due to propagation latencies.
